About i3 profiling
History
Keith and Joy Henderson from South Africa developed i3 profiling in 1996. Initially they delivered profiling through their company, The Gifting Institute. It was utilised at a time when private and public organisations in South Africa were learning how difficult it was to bring people from diverse backgrounds together. They discovered their profiling was unparalleled in its ability to help people reflect on and celebrate their diversity, motivating and uniting people, leading to greater synergy and effectiveness for the organisation or institution.
What is i3profiling?
Thousands of people all over the world have since benefited from the work that Keith and Joy carried out through The Gifting Institute. The only limitation to the system becoming widely accessible to more people was the way it was delivered. Each person that was profiled had to manually do the assessment questionnaire and the analysis and feedback then had to be manually calculated and drawn up – resulting in considerable man hours to do each profile.
In 2009 however, Keith and Joy partnered with their son, Grant Henderson (himself a successful corporate coach based in England) to re-brand the profiling of the Gifting Institute. Hence, the i3 profiling brand was born. At the same time, they developed an IT platform that can deliver the assessments on-line. The training course for the i3 members was written and now the i3 profiling system is accessible to millions of people all over the world - enabling unprecedented numbers to discover their individual instinctive indicators and access the life-changing potential therein.
