What is an i3 profile ?

The i3 profile identifies a person’s individual instinctive indicators, ranking them from most to least dominant. The order of one’s indicators and their dominance is unique to each person. Written, diagrammatic and verbal feedback is then given to explain what it all means, relative to why you are being profiled. (An i3 profile can be used for personal development, career advice, management and leadership coaching.)

Who can receive an i3 profile ?

Anyone can receive an i3 profile by contacting an i3 Member. To contact an i3 Member you can search the members directory to find someone located near you or who suits your needs. (link to members directory)

How can I receive an i3 profile ?

We can put you in touch with an i3 member in your area or you can contact an i3 member directly using the members directory (link to directory). They will then send you a link with your unique login details. You will follow the link to the i3 profiling website and enter in your login details. You will then complete the online assessment, which should take 20 to 30 minutes. Your results are sent back to the i3 member and they will arrange to meet you to deliver your feedback in person. You will be given your written and diagrammatic feedback along with the verbal feedback from the i3 member. If you do not live near an i3 member, feedback can be delivered either telephonically or ideally over a web call (Skype).

Who can receive an i3 team profile ?

Whether your team has 2 or 200 people in it, an i3 team profile will benefit you. Through enabling each team member to discover and understand how their instinctive indicators relate to other team members, everyone becomes more aware of why and how people in the team react the way they do to different situations. This cannot help but lead to greater mutual understanding, less conflict, more synergy and increased team effectiveness.

How can my team receive an i3 team profile ?

Your i3 member will then send people in your team a link with their unique login details. They will follow the link to the i3 profiling website and enter their login details. What size of company does this work with ?

The i3 profiling system has been delivered to sole traders, small businesses, SME’s, national and multinational organisations. The core of i3 profiling is about helping people to reflect on and celebrate their diversity and uniqueness – benefiting any size of company.

How much does it cost to have an i3 profile or an i3 team profile ?

There is a set cost for each i3 profile that the i3 member pays. Members will determine the cost of each profile according to their service. To contact an i3 member in your region or to discuss costs according to your needs please go to the i3 members directory.

What is an i3 member ?

To ensure that each person having a profile done is given accurate professional feedback, the person delivering the feedback has to be an accredited i3 member. To become an i3 member, a person (who is usually already an independent coaching consultant) has to attend a 2-day training course to ensure they are understand the values and benefits of the system.

Who can become an i3 member ?

There are two distinct types of people who can become an i3 member:

  • Independent consultants: People that work independently as a consultant, trainer or coach will be able to attend the course and use the i3 profiling system with their clients.
  • Internal corporate members: Organisations can arrange for a number of their key staff involved in management and people development, to attend the course and become i3 members. They will then be able to use i3 profiling with their own staff and prospective employees in their organisation.

How do I become an i3 member ?

To become an i3 ember a person has to attend the i3 members course. The course is run over 2 days and trains consultants in how to deliver individual i3 profiles, i3 team profiles and i3 role identification.
