- Meet the team
During his formative years he played professional rugby which eventually led him back to the UK. On retiring from rugby fairly early Grant found himself in a job as a recruitment consultant. After a few years of learning the trade and excelling, his inner passion to develop others took over and he became a coach and trainer for a national recruiter.
In 2009 he set up his own coaching business as well as forming the partnership with his parents to develop i3 as it is today. Over the past 6 years Grant has worked with multiple organisations from independent SME’s right through to large multi-nationals, developing trainees through to CEO. He is an initiator and encourager who will always look to create value and deliver a demonstrable change with every project he is involved in.
Over the last 10 years his experiences have allowed him to become a true expert in the field of talent management. Being a Member of Association for Coaching, he not only has the qualifications but the talent for coaching, leadership development, training and recruitment.
‘Getting the right person for the right job is her thing!’
After nearly 26 years employed as a recruitment specialist, working at both operational and strategic level, Susanne set up her own business, Brown’s Recruitment & Training Consultancy in 2009; offering bespoke recruitment solutions and career coaching to her clients and individuals seeking work.
“Recognising people as individuals and bringing back the personal element to a recruitment process is integral to the support I provide; i3 was the only personality assessment tool I found which unified these values.”
After becoming an accredited i3 profiler she was delighted to offer her expert knowledge and advice to help develop and launch the ‘revolutionary’ recruitment and talent management tool, i3 Recruit.
Her natural ability to work alongside individuals, increasing their self confidence and motivation whilst providing practical advice, guidance and solutions, allows her to effectively support a variety of talent management projects with a specialist focus on recruitment & selection, career guidance, outplacement support, CV writing and interview coaching.
Alongside her membership with the Institute of Recruitment Professionals she has more recently gained qualifications in Employment Law, post 16 teaching and Level 4 Advice and Guidance.
In 1996 they became involved in marriage counseling through their local church. This experience led them to look for ways to identify the unique differences in the people they counseled as a lack of understanding often led to conflict. Driven by their passion and beliefs they set about developing their own unique assessment tool to identify these differences. The assessment and the follow up feedback was a huge success and was soon requested outside of marriage counseling onto sports fields and into boardrooms.
In 2009, they partnered with their son Grant and together they developed i3 profiling as it is today. Aside from the family business they own and run a high class hospitality business in Cape Town.
