Anth Quinn
Anth’s a business coach with a difference, he focuses on helping the owners of small and medium businesses to redesign their businesses, so that it runs predictably, and profitably, without their direct control.
Running a business is exhilarating and tough. It’s all too easy to be consumed by growth, ending up worn out, stressed, and isolated. Anth specialises in helping business owners to get crystal clear on their ideal lifestyle first, and then design the business to support that.
If the business owner is going to free themselves from the prison a growing business can become, then recruiting the right people can make, or break, their efforts.
Step 1 – recruit people to cover what you’re no good at, or don’t enjoy.
Step 2 – recruit people who are better than you at what you are good at.
Anth uses i3 as one of the keys to helping business owners to know themselves, recruit the best people for any role, and get the best out of their team.
He also combines his understanding of NLP, i3, advertising, and marketing to help small businesses attract the right clients, and customers, without wasting money on poor ads and time networking.
